Experience: 1-2 Yrs
Qualification: BE, B Tec, MCA, PGDCA, M Sc Information Technology/computer science
Skill set: Should have sound knowledge of XHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, PHP5, and MySql. Good Knowledge in Joomla, WordPress, drupal, Smarty, Cake PHP, Should posses good analytical skill and good communication.
2. Business Analyst (IT)
Experience: 2-4 Yrs
Qualification: BE, B Tec, MCA, MBA, PGDCA, M Sc Information Technology/computer science or any graduation.
Skill Set: S/he will be responsible for interacting with clients’ business to gather the business requirements effectively to enable the development/configuration team to take the project further and ensure deliveries with least possible issues/gaps. Should be excellent in Software Implementation, interpersonal relationship skills, communication skills and customer relationship management skills Analytical skills. Other skills are
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Develop requirements specifications, proposals, project document according to standard templates, using natural language.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
3. .Net Developer
Experience: 1-2 Yrs
Qualification: BE, B Tec, MCA, PGDCA, M Sc Information Technology/computer science
Skill Set: Should have experience using .Net (WPF/WCF/Silver light) technologies. Sound knowledge Ajax, XML, and SQL Server. Must be a team player and should meet the deadlines of the projects.

Qualification: Any graduation or diploma
Skill set: Should have sound experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Corel Draw. Should have good knowledge Adobe Dreamweaver, HTML, Java script, CSS, Microsoft Expression web. Candidates with Adobe Flash with action scripting will be given preference.
